Our Langley Mill

Alfreton Kickboxing is a division of the Professional Kickboxing Association (PKA) and is suitable for ages 7+ and all fitness levels. Sparring is optional and most students prefer the non-contact benefits from this sport including improved fitness, self defence, flexibility and stress relief.
